1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hba999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hba999 website located at https://hba999.net and all associated services, products, games, and features available thereon.

By accessing the hba999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform.

hba999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the hba999 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hba999. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the hba999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. hba999 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently suspended and any balance forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or those otherwise legally incapacitated are not permitted to use the platform.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and using the hba999 account solely on your own behalf, for your own personal entertainment. Acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another individual is strictly prohibited.
• No self-excluded status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on hba999 or any other gambling platform. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

hba999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of hba999 services — including casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

Each individual may hold only one (1) hba999 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, email address, phone number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Verification Requirements

Account security is the responsibility of the account holder. You must keep your hba999 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. hba999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hba999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hba999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by their payment service provider prior to or following a transaction with hba999.

Accepted Deposit Methods

hba999 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the hba999 payments team within the standard processing window, which is typically 2–5 minutes for bKash and Nagad and up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods.
• Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the account holder and matches the identity on the hba999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• hba999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

hba999 does not charge internal fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which hba999 has no control. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hba999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms communicated at the time of the specific promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is communicated at the time of each bonus offer. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus.
• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the hba999 platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of any inconsistency, game-specific rules take precedence over the general rules in this section.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of odds and markets on the hba999 sportsbook. hba999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that hba999 determines were offered in error.
• Cricket bets — including those placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the cricket betting rules published on the Cricket page. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and other contingencies are handled per published cricket rules.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet stands at the odds at which it was accepted. hba999 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or amending an in-play bet.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum stake requirements vary by sport, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of wagering.

Casino & Instant Games

• All casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. hba999 is not responsible for game rules set by third-party studios.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hba999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, legal action.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with hba999.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one hba999 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers in a manner that hba999 determines to be contrary to the spirit and intent of the promotion, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets on events in which you have knowledge of or involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity. Colluding with other players, team members, or event officials to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting and bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human method to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after making deposits on hba999. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Money laundering: Using hba999 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. hba999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation of financial crime.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the hba999 platform by a person under 18 years of age.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

hba999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their hba999 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will be unable to access the platform, request withdrawal of bonus funds, or receive promotional communications from hba999. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hba999 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will be retained in accordance with applicable data retention obligations, and the balance will remain available for withdrawal upon successful identity re-verification.

Limitation of Liability

hba999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. hba999's total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your player account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits hba999's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the hba999 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. hba999's support team is available 24/7 at [email protected] or via live chat to assist with any account query or complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (BST, UTC+6) and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
